At Traci D. Hair Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. This wig return policy and hair extensions return policy outlines our terms for refunds, exchanges, and repairs. Due to hygiene standards and the custom nature of our products, all policies are strictly enforced.

Hair Products Return Policy

For health and safety reasons, our hair products return policy is strict:

  • All hair product sales are final
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used items

Eligible Exchanges (If Applicable)

If there is an order error or discrepancy, you may request an exchange:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Must be requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required

After 7 days, we cannot process any exchange requests under our hair products return policy.

Hair Extensions Return Policy

Our hair extensions return policy is designed to maintain product integrity and hygiene.

  • All hair extensions sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened hair extensions

If your order arrives with an issue or discrepancy, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery or pickup for review.

Wig Return Policy (Custom Wigs)

This wig return policy applies to all custom units:

  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No refunds

Each wig is custom-made to order, which means it is uniquely created for you.

Wig Repair & Adjustment Policy

While our wig return policy does not allow returns, we do offer support for quality concerns.

If there is:

  • A defect
  • A construction issue
  • An order discrepancy

You must notify us within 5 days of:

  • Delivery (for shipped orders), or
  • Pickup (for in-store orders)

After 5 Days:

  • A repair or service fee will apply
  • Requests are subject to approval

Non-Returnable Items

Under our hair extensions and wig return policy, the following are non-returnable:

  • Custom wigs (closure & frontal units)
  • Worn or used hair extensions
  • Opened hair products
  • Sale or promotional items

Important Policy Terms

  • All sales are final once production begins
  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before purchase
