Processing Time for Wigs & Hair Extensions

All of our units are custom-made and handcrafted, which requires dedicated production time.

Custom Wig Processing Time

  • Processing time: Up to 8 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Each wig is made-to-order, ensuring premium quality and customization

This wig processing time allows us to carefully construct, customize, and perfect your unit to meet our luxury standards.

Hair Extensions Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship hair extensions: 2–5 business days
  • Custom or special orders: May require additional time

Order Processing Details

  • Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed
  • Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified
  • Please double-check all order details before checkout

Shipping Policy

After your order is completed, it will be shipped promptly using a reliable carrier.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
